Blue Horizons Kosi Bay, completed in 2022, is situated on a forested sand dune with breathtaking views over Lake Nhlange also known as 3rd Lake and is about a 2 km walk or drive from Bhanga Nek beach. This exquisite holiday cottage is built from locally sourced materials designed to complement the natural surroundings. Powered by a solar system, ensuring low impact to the environment, the house is fully equipped with all you will need for a comfortable stay.
The home, which falls within the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, features 3-bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with spacious showers. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors which allows you to enjoy the beautiful views from your bed. The designer blinds control the sunlight and yet allow undisturbed views. Plush beds, plenty of living space, kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge and deep freeze. It's your ticket to serenity, birding adventures, and unforgettable moments by the water.
The Bhanga Nek area offers an adventure holiday with a variety of activities including turtle tours, lake and sea fishing, kayaking, boat cruises, hiking, bird watching, snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach. There is an assortment of rock pools during low tide where children can safely play in the luke warm water.
